Here are some more I particularly enjoy though some might be familiar, just as I have seen many familiar ones. "Open Range", for one, airs regularly though I can't recall the channel it's on.
Lured (1947) - IMDb ~ film noir with touches of comedy, with a cast headed by Lucille Ball and including George Sanders, Boris Karloff and Charles Coburn
Camille (2008) - IMDb ~ A fellow and his unfortunate bride try to get to Niagara Falls, encountering David Carradine and some pastel horses along the way.
Curse of the Faceless Man (1958) - IMDb ~ If you like low-budget horror from the drive-in days, here's one. That's where my family saw it, and it's always stayed in my mind.
Moontrap (1989) - IMDb ~ This is an out-there sci fi film starring Walter ("Chekov") Koenig and Bruce (The Main Man!) Campbell.
In 1992 the Library of Congress selected the film for preservation in the United States National Film Registry for being "culturally, historically, or aesthetically significant."
The film is preserved by the Museum of Modern Art in New York.
I really enjoyed Mrs Palfrey... and Interstate 60!

Sorry, none of the above feature guns, shoot-outs, car chases, or explosions.
I have watched Panic over and over....and still never tire of it. Fascinating.
