Well, we all have our title for the worst movie ever category. But I'm here to talk about your personal worst.

Mine was "The Last Airbender". I loved the cartoon, but the movie fell flat on its back. Porous plot, the 3D effects also left something to be desired.

What do you have to say, guys?

I have never seen it but Ishtar/Warren Beatty is always on these lists.

Kevin Costner--Waterworld or something like that

John Travolta--Battlefield Earth

"Russian Ark" ( highly acclaimed Russian film). Beautifully shot, the emphasis was obviously on esthetics rather than story-telling.

It looked stunning and was the most boring, eye wateringly pretentious film I have ever seen. I could take it no longer after about half an hour , left and then two thirds of the cineman followed me ( obviously everyone had been waiting for someone "brave" enough to take the lead) , we ended up in hysterics in the lobby discussing how bad it was. Utterly beautiful to look at and painfully dull. Never again.

YouTube - Trailer: "Russian Ark"

Other films people loved which I could feel my life ebbing away, precious hours never to be regained again:

"Tommy"
"Indiana Jones and the Crystall Skulls" ( How someone as talented as Cate Blantchett could star in this is beyond me)
"The English Patient" ( Boring as hell. like the book)
"Lord of the Ring" ( I felt I was watching a very expensive video game)
"Flubber" ( dragged by a little neighbour to see it, horrendous)
"Van Helsing"( forced to see it by friends, could not believe how bad it was)
"Dune" ( loathed the book, loathed the film)
"Charlie's Angels" ( saw it on a plane, sat right in front of the screen and could not avoid it, jumping out of the plane sounded like a great option ...)
"300" ( possibly one of the worst films ever made. I have rarely seen so much trash compiled so neatly into two hours)

And many , many more....

Any number of T&A films I've seen over the years. But I guess "plot" wasn't the strong point of such films. (No, not porn, just T&A).
