Another from Network, 1976, excellent cinematography to frame Ned Beatty's speech.

The ending to Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid was excellent. In modern times, social media has given rise to very entertaining comments from people thinking "outside the box" on Youtube. The comments below this scene were just hilarious and awesome at the same time.

I wouldn't say it's my favorite, but one scene that really stands out is from The Warriors. Near the end of the movie, after the titular gang has gone through hell trying to make it back home, and finally they're almost there. And then they encounter two prom couples who get on the train they're on. There's so much that's unspoken in this scene, it's really quite masterful.

Here's an article about the scene, including the scene itself.
