C'mon man, "Get to da choppa!" is one of the best lines ever. It's not even the line itself but the way he says it. In any other actor's hands that line wouldn't even be memorable or remembered. With Ahnuld it truly conveys the intensity level, that you better get your ass to that chopper or your s@$t out of luck!
I also like "See you at the party, Richter." And also "You're a funny guy Sully. I like you. That's why I'm going to kill you last.". Followed fifteen minutes later by "Remember when I said I kill you last? I lied."

Gosh probably too many to remember. I can't think of any specific ones off by heart...a lot of B-grade action films and horror movies are full of bad dialogue as well as bad delivery of bad dialogue.
