I uploaded a copy a while back (Song of the South) to my Gdrive account in case my DVD gets messed up!

Yes, you can get it on DVD along with the (some would call) a 'racist' cartoon at the end of the movie.

You don't even have to go thru eBay.. There are traditional online retailers selling Song of the South (new).
Seemed like it took a while for the old Chevy Chase joint Under the Rainbow to get a DVD release. But it's available now..
