As far as I have heard, Sean Penn is still in.
I have heard that it will NOT be a documentary of their lives. (awesome)
But rather that it will be based on their short films, as they will get into a series of messes. (this is going to be GREAT ! ! )
Has anyone heard if it will be set in the 40's or 50's, or will they somehow try to make the setting in the modern day? I dont see how that can work.
ALSO,
I sincerely hope that they do NOT try to make it politically correct, and totally deviate from the classic characters.
I do NOT want to see another screw up that fully deviates from the original characters like the 'Dukes of Hazzard' movie, or the travesty that is the new 'Pink Panther' movies.
Please give us:
eye poking,
triple face slaps,
nyuk nyuks,
boot to the head,
head bonking,
nose honking,
stomach and forehead punches
anvils falling on heads,
screaming, yelling,
temper tantrums, freak outs,
and all the usual physical comedy.
If so, . . . I CANNOT WAIT ! ! ! !
