I saw a scene in a movie and want to watch the whole thing. Sorry for lack of details, but I have been trying to find this for months. Ok, there is a young couple and they are leaving the apartment (I think in NYC) and they kiss and walk separate directions, and they look back and see that each of them is looking back at each other. From what I saw I think this is a big deal to the main female character, the point that he turned and looked at her. I know there isn't much to go on, but I do know that the movie would have been made somewhere between 2002 and 2007. Thanks for all your help!

She kissed him at a Halloween party but didn't know who he was and she lost her powers to him through the kiss. Later, I forgot how they met up again, they kissed again and she regained her powers once more. He was a band member.

Sounds like "Meet Joe Black", but it was a diner, not a apt. So probably not the right movie.

I was thinking that too, but I don't believe they kissed after the diner. And I'm sure this poster would emphasize the fact that he gets destroyed by a car!
