I remember when I watched it there was an INTERMISSION in the middle! (watched it on cable)

It is a great, very entertaining movie, one I could watch repeatedly and never get tired.

Even if they did remakes, I would never watch them.

No, I am in total agreement. They made a few all-star movies back then and they were nothing but one liners left over from Vaudeville days. "A funny thing happened on the way to the Forum" is another.

Todays actors are not personable to do undergo such a feat today as most are selfish to the point of standstill.

Adam Sandler could pull it off. He always has big name actors in his flicks. He could probably come up with a script worth pursuing.

I find that certain movies, like IAMMMMW, were great at the time they were released and who you were when you first viewed the movie. I watched this movie not too long ago again and it just was not near as funny as the first time I saw it long ago. Times change and we change......
