It was creepy and I think it (and Fatal Attraction) made people think. Just adding that Deer Hunter
and Looking For Mr. Goodbar made me lose sleep too.

It was disturbing and I bet that film plus Fatal Attraction made some people think. There were 2 other
films that made me lose sleep too; Deer Hunter and Looking For Mr. Goodbar

A villainous speech that I think was great, was Robert DeNiro's baseball speech as Al Capone in The Untouchables just because of how it ended...

"A man becomes preeminent, he's expected to have enthusiasms. Enthusiasms, enthusiasms. What are mine? What draws my admiration? What is that which gives me joy? Baseball! A man stands alone at the plate. This is the time for what? For individual achievement. There he stands alone. But in the field, what? Part of a team. Teamwork! Looks, throws, catches, hustles. Part of one big team. Bats himself the live-long day, Babe Ruth, Ty Cobb, and so on. If his team don't field, what is he? You follow me? No one. Sunny day, the stands are full of fans. What does he have to say? I'm going out there for myself. But, I get nowhere unless the team wins."

Classic.
The entire movie was full of one liners.

"This green beret is going to kick your a--"
"I eat green berets for breakfast, and right now, I'm real hungry"

Arnold impales Bennet into a steam pipe.
"Let out some steam, Bennet!"

"I'll be back, Bennet"

While not at all a one liner. I've also always like the speech S. Stallone's John Rambo gave to Col. Troutman at the end of First Blood. The whole thing about coming back from Vietnam and being treated like dirt by those he fought for; and the story about his friend and the shoe shine boy.

And as far as villainous quotes - I'm surprised the list left out:

"No. I AM your father"

As a ten year old Star Wars fanatic - that blew my mind.
