The movie is cited as a remake of District-13. Can't say that I've seen D13, but this based on this trailer Brick Mansions looks like a decent to okay action movie. Certainly not anything ground breaking.

This is the last fully completed movie Paul Walker has acted in as the Fast & Furious 7 had not finished filming at the time of his death. Always brings a somber and bittersweet feeling to see an actor's work posthumously.
