Gojira and X-Men, SCORE! Awesome double feature, I enjoyed the Big Guy and am set to see X-Men Wednesday (ordered my ticket online during a trip out.) I do miss drive-ins (haven't been since 1994) but the nearest are a bit away and there are a few other traditional options instead.

The results. Xmen was good but didin't blow me away. Still a fun Summer popcorn movie.
Godzilla hmmmm Didn't I see this movie last year except it was named "Pacific Rim" ??
It was funny in the trailers they never mentioned the other monsters so I thought it was gonna be all Godzilla stomping around on tanks and crashing buildings. Godzilla seemed like an after thought. Oh well I will have to watch it again when it comes out on Netflix.

The flying monster was in the trailer. It was the Rodan looking one that fan boys lost their minds over. I agree it did have a Pac Rim look to it in a way, other than guys in Voltron/Power Ranger Zords.

I keep hearing X-Men is good, I'll see for myself Wednesday.

Wasn't Rodan the hydra type monster? I thought the creatures in this movie looked more like Mothra! Too bad they didn't bring back the giant turtle. I always liked him.
