Does anyone know the name of this movie??? (best, romantic, book)

the movie is about a book author that wrote a book about a small town but he's never actually been there. the book becomes a best seller and he has to go to que town for some reason, and everybody loves him for putting the town's name on the map. everybody except one girl that really hates him. obviously it's a romantic movie. does anyone know the name?
