I have done this many times...they ask why...bec they just need to know. They don't care at all, btw...no judgment, at all. It is a product you are paying for like anything else.

I've never tried it, but you shouldn't be able to get your money back simply because you don't like a movie. You had every opportunity to collect opinions, and life provides no guarantee that all your choices will be good ones.

The only times I've ever asked for a refund was when something was seriously wrong with the movie itself - one time the subtitles were being cut off.

I watched Sharknado 2 even though I knew it would be silly. But it was different type of camp than what was in the first one. Suspension of disbelief was impossible. It was an insult to my intelligence. I lived in both L.A. and NYC so I know I'm being balanced about my opinion here. #2 was beyond B-movie implausible.

Plus, they called it Sharknado 2: The Second One, when it should have simply been called SharknaDos.
