Several of those movies aren't even out yet. How can they be the best of the year?

I don't go to the theaters often, and I watch an embarrassingly low amount of movies, too. Here are my top of the year:

1. The Avengers: Age of Ultron
2. Age of Adaline
3. Get Hard
4. Hot Pursuit
5. Fifty Shades of Grey

I think those are the only movies I've watched at the theaters this year...

Of what I've seen:

1) Jurassic World
2) Avengers: Age of Ultron
3) Kingsman: The Secret Service
4) San Andreas
5) Furious 7
6) Cinderella
7) Tomorrowland
8) Mad Max: Fury Road
9) Bound (Netflix/Hulu release similar to 50 Shades)

I'm sure I'll receive flack for that...

Just one thing: you rate San Andreas over Fury Road?

Didn't like it, I expressed that in the Fury Road thread. Great actin, gay cinematography but thought the story development was slow and the action didn't pick up until the canyon.

I can't disagree more with regard to the cinematography in Fury Road. It's a damned sight better than Age of Ultron or San Andreas, which is generic and looks like it could have been shot by anybody.

You've seen 5 movies in less than 6 months? I'd say you've seen more than most people.
