I saw the trailer last night. Having Rocky Balboa as the trainer is a good plot, And Micheal B. Jordan is a good actor who I think will do well. He was great in Fruitvale station and Chronicle.
I'm a huge Rocky fan and had heard about this movie and thought it was a terrible idea. That trailer just changed my mind and now I can't wait to see it.
Michael b Jordan is working hard! Good to see a child star getting work as a adult. Fantastic Four and Creed should give him a few sequels. Question is if Apollos son is the new Rocky and Rocky is new Mickey, who will be the new Apollo (bad guy)? It would be awesome if the enemys trainer is Clubber Lang. Rocky V was the worst of the series, Apollos son needs to take his lumps like Rocky did.
I saw the trailer a few/several weeks ago and found myself feeling stoked for the movie. Could just be the nostalgia factor, but nonetheless, I'm interested in seeing this one.
I wonder if someone will score the movie. Creeds boy needs his own theme, if they are lazy and do a hip hop soundtrack because its a black boxer that will be irritating. Give Creeds son the same musical love that Rocky got. I know hip hop music may creep its way into this film, but it needs to feel like we are in the same world that we grew up to during the Rocky era.
