Even though I think the original was flawless, I'd love to see a good remake of Butch & Sundance....
Such a classic

I can't think of a single living actor who could fill the boots of Redford and Newman.

^^^ Lol after I posted that, I watched a few more clips of Butch & Sundance.....
And came to the same conclusion.
Robert Redford & Paul Newman had such an amazing chemistry together.
And honestly I couldn't think of any actors who come close to their levels of greatness right now......

Yeah, they don't make movie stars like they used to.

^^^^ Ooh anything with Robert Redford....is genius

The Way We Were....
Such a brilliant movie-
Honestly they couldn't remake it if they tried.
Who's got that presence onscreen now??

This is going to sound blasphemous to some people but Star Wars. I never got into Star Trek but I really enjoyed the last 2 movies and I think the CGI and animation helped. I saw the trailer for the next Star Wars and the thought actually crossed my mind that the originals might be better if they redid it today with today's CGI. (i'm not a big fan of star wars) I'm young so I only saw star wars within the last decade and the movie does not draw me in. Sure it was great in 1970's but today, it just looks like a low budget indie film to me.

I think they should remake Von Ryan's Express. The original was done with Frank Sinatra in the lead and he couldn't act worth a hoot. There were also a lot of changes made that weren't in the book. I think if that movie were redone today, with a decent cast and staying truer to the book, it would be a first class action flick.

They redid the Star Wars movies with !modern CGI, The effect is the polarizing Special Edition of the original trilogy which includes the Han shot first controversy.
