You and me both, a taped from ABC broadcast was one I remember watching at like 1/2 years old for years. Such a great movie from the dark times of the Walt Disney Company. I hope life long fan Bryce Dallas Howard (hot off of Jurassic World) does Helen Reddy's role (I believe that is her role) justice.

It will be interesting to see how it turns out. This is such an iconic movie that I could see significant backlash from fans of the original film if the remake is not very well done.

I think Logan's Run could be remade into a pretty good movie.

They shouldn't remake it yet again, but I was pretty disappointed with the casting of the most recent King Kong film. That was a missed opportunity in my humble opinion.

"The Long Ships" Good Viking flick ruined by a half script and camp.

Personally, I'm for letting great classics stand without remake. All most "remakes" do is ruin the image of the story.
