As I was typing her name, I was thinking: "I would be cold hard cash that AFtrEFkt will know that she was in Man of Steel." You, sir, did not disappoint.
Actually, you would've lost that bet. I didn't remember her name, so (naturally) I went to check out her pix. But in one pic she's in front of the Man of Steel Superman S logo, and I'm like, hm?
Of course, I thought you only mentioned her because she's Israeli.

No. Although I do think someone who naturally has Mediterranean features is a plus. She came to mind because in everything in which I have ever seen her --- notably MUNICH, MAN OF STEEL, Netflix's DAREDEVIL --- she exudes strength; not just physically, but an inner fortitude that you rarely see in gorgeous actresses. Gal Gadot has it too, which is why she made such a great Wonder Woman.
Ten years ago, I would say maybe Adrianne Palicki. She auditioned for the scrapped George Miller's Justice League: Mortal movie. Didn't get the role but is a good kick butt female.

She was actually cast as WW in the defunct TV show. I like Palicki a lot. She was great on Agents of SHIELD. Beautiful and tough and a decent actress. But I have to say: She didn't fit the part of WW. She is obviously not a brunette.
