Just have to sign up for Amc stubs (?) program which is free. Saw 2 movies for $10.

Many of the theater chains have Discount Tuesdays.
Most of the chains and local theaters all are $5-7 (base price, some charge extra for 3D and IMAX screens)

$4 Wednesday at nearby Regal

In my area most movie theaters have matinee prices Mon-Thur until 3 PM as well as Fri-Sat first show only.
