For the 15th time! I really like this movie. I don't believe in love at first sight and think the 'falling so deeply in love in 4 days' is kind of dumb, but I still like watching it. Brings up issues you may not have considered before.

Meryl Streep is such a great actress...why don't people like this one?

If you do like it, what are some others that are similiar? I particularly like that it is set in the past. The Notebook is my #1 fav of all time.

I liked Clint and Streep, to me they can do very little wrong. I guess I'm not a big fan of sap. I liked Bridges but found myself at the end saying "oh brother". But that's just me.

I liked Bridges of Madison County and finally just bought the video ... so I can just watch it when I want too. Meryl Streep is the best as is Clint Eastwood. She was great in Sophie's Choice and Silkwood too. Actually she is good in any movie.

I ashamed to say, but I loved Meryl Street in The Devil Wears Prada, I'm pathetic.

I did too. We own that one and have seen it a few times as well. I liked how she showed her softer side for about 3 seconds (lol) at the end when Andi saw her get in the car and nodded to her.
