^^^^^^^^^^^^This. This movie scared me so bad as a kid I had trouble sleeping for weeks. When they cut the guy's wrist and powdered blood came out--that just scared the bejeesus out of me.

I'm viewing it now on Retro, the seizure scenes are terrifying and even more interesting that the author studied at Harvard Medical School.

And considering that Robert Wise also directed 1963's 'brilliantly deep-freeze spooky' "The Haunting".

I think it holds up, too. I liked it when I first saw it and the last time I re-watched it, I still liked it just fine.

But I LOVED the remake of The Crazies! Not the same movie, but I liked it for itself.
