Three that come to mind immediately are:

Slumdog Millionaire
E.T
LaLa Land

There are a ton of others I could name, but those were the worst movies I think I've ever had the misfortune to watch.

I totally agree with Slumdog Millionaire. Saw it, because of all the praise it was getting. Left me baffled as to what was meant to be so exciting about that movie.

Haven't seen LaLa Land yet.

Depressing, long and horrible.

Talledega Nights - The Ballad of Ricky Bobby

I cannot figure out why people think Will Farrell is funny.

If you want overrated. I also give you Django Unchained. What a tremendous waste of time and money. I normally like Jamie Foxx.

Copy that. Wife and I watched that and then sat through Ad Astra.

Pink Floyd’s The Wall movie. Dreary, draggy, druggy, and drony. I walked out.

Most overrated recent movie I've seen recently has been 1917.

Well-made, well-crafted, well-acted...and totally unexceptional. Nothing really wrong with it, but nothing really great either. I just didn't get all the hoopla about it.

I would say LaLa Land too.

I dock it points in particular because I'm a big jazz fan and I play, and I'm not sure what they call the music they played during the movie, but ... it wasn't jazz.

Whiplash also wasn't really what I consider jazz music, but it was a pretty good movie.

The Kill Bill movies. I adore Pulp Fiction, but Kill Bill was just too absurd for my tastes, though it gets a point or two back for the gore.

Parasite, seeing how it was my 20th or 30th Korean movie maybe I'd say it was pretty average maybe 6/10 even if we focus on the great shots or the relatable story or good acting...hardly a masterpiece.
