No one is suggesting vampires are real, (not the supernatural type depicted in movies anyway).
30 Days of night and a few other movies depict vampires in a way, that imo, is realistic, if they did exist, I dont think they would be seducing women, or trying to live amongst the elite class/high society...they would be viscous killers, who viewed humans as nothing more than cattle.
