I started buying Disney animated movies when we were first married before the kids came along, now DD is the Disney movie collector. We have most all the classics and new ones on VHS and DVD. It ticks me off that Disney keeps releasing a movie as a new platinum, collector's edition, remix, cut scene outtakes, blu-ray and so forth. We don't buy or need multiple copies of all these movies they are trying to get you to buy. But we love Disney animated movies if you just think about the time that goes into the making let alone all the wonderful art work and sound tracks they are all classics.

It's a tough choice but I think I have to go with the animated Robin Hood.

Here's my favorite scene:
The Tournament Fight

Really? I'm the only one who says the Lion King? That's my favorite by far...not including Pixar, which I don't.

Pixar included, I would have to say Wall-E, then The Incredibles and Toy Story/Ratatouille.

Not just my favorite Disney movie. One of my all-time favorite movies. It's flawless.

non animated with some animation:
Pete's Dragon (the best movie ever!!!) Elliot the dragon is awesome! Saw this for the first time at a Drive In when I was little. It was the first movie I ever saw in a Drive-In, without my sister. It was just my parents and me. It was the best movie I ever saw!

Animation:
Cinderella - what little girl doesn't dream of a prince coming to her rescue?
Peter Pan
Lady and the Tramp
101 Dalmations

Has anyone seen the very short Disney "Reluctant Dragon "? It's fabulous. I always watch it when I feel down, it never fails to cheer me up...
