This Craig guy isn't really working for me. But I'm not sure who would be a great addition to the Connery, Moore lineage. Someone with class, elegance, but manly & a sharp witty humor. Just that "Bond" way about him. Someone that captures us.

Clive Owen? Pierce Brosnan I thought was OK. I'm just not sure who's out there right now or in the near future. Your thoughts????

Hi,
Obviously Pierce Brosnan was the best for bond.

I think it is high time for a "Jane" Bond actually ( maybe played by an intelligent actress like Cate Blantchett , Jodie Foster, Rachel Weisz or Julia Ormond for example, someone who can hold her own to any man ) ... But then again I was never a fan of the Bond films or books...

Sean Connery was was the best in my opinion , he always had a twinkle in his eyes and there was a certain self deprecation about him.

Sean Connery WAS James Bond. So now we have to flip a coin to choose which politically correct metrosexual should be cast for the job. If Craig had an ounce of charisma he'd be a great Bond, but each time they try to fill that role we realize just how perfect Connery was for the role.

I think Julian McMahon would be a great Bond. He's Austrailian so he can do a British accent, he's HOT and looks great in a tux.

They have been making it more PC for the last 10 years?
Thats the entire appeal of the film for guys, wanting to be Bond lol
Im not opposed to a branching off with a Jane Bond series though..

Clive Owen was offered the part of Bond (over Daniel Craig) and turned it down to work on Children of Men. Poor, poor choice in my opinion.

Personally I think Daniel Craig is brilliant. He's sexy and smart and has a Bond-ly quality. Of course he's not Connery, but no one ever will be again.

Nicholas Cage? Are you for real? Ugh and double ugh. On what planet is he even remotely sexy?

I thought Sean Connery and Pierce Brosnan pulled off Bond the way he is supposed to be. A little humor, a little dark, massive ego, cheeky, sex sex sex sex. Daniel Craig is a bit robotic. And where's the cheek?

It may have to be an unknown, b/c no one I can think of could pull it off right.
