The tribble is in the scene when Jim first meets Scotty. The tribble is in a cage on Scotty's desk, clearly visible throughout Jim and Scotty's conversation. If you listen, you can also clearly hear it cooing throughout that scene.

Has anyone seen it in IMAX? I was going to see it tomorrow and wandered if that was worth it.

It's not playing at my local IMAX, unfortunately. Not yet. Maybe later. If it were, I would definitely go to see it.

Here's a deleted scene from the film:

I finally saw Star Trek this weekend... it was friggen awesome. I especially loved Zachary Quinto as Spock and Simon Pegg as Scotty.

Not sure, but I may have been the only one that was crying in the theater. It was just so nostalgic, I was really effected by it all. Am I a big dork, or what?

Certainly a good movie. A couple silly parts I didn't care for, and a slight disappointment in few areas. But overall, great movie, awesome plot, I was really impressed on how they pulled it off(being a prequel and all). Great soundtrack as well.

Saw this tonight at IMAX and loved it! My husband and I both thought that IMAX didn't especially enhance it, though. Everyone did such a great job. Loved how Kirk developed and showed subtle recognizable mannerisms. Also almost peed my pants laughing at the whole series of injections from Bones to Kirk.
