"Reign of Fire"

I bought this during a Izabella Scorupco buying spree, something I didn't realize till I saw her name in the opening credits since she wasn't listed on the dvd cover.

Oh, this is a weird movie. Weird because nothing makes sense in it. That actually may be one of the strong points of the story where humanity is absolutely faced with the situation of "why is this happening" and they have to make up things on the spot.

The best thing to do is to take all of one's "Whys", write them down on a list, put them in a drawer, and then just enjoy the movie.

It does have wonderful photography, some of the characters are lovable even if they are the minor ones. Looking at the movie overall, one gets the impression that they didn't quite know what they were doing......or maybe they were hoping to do more than what actually was made.

But as I said, just put all that aside and enjoy what's there.

Ralph Wrecks the Internet.

More entertaining that I expected it to be, but not Pixar level.

Focus. Will Smith and Margot R. I love this movie. I can’t figure out why others don’t
