Sicario 2, very good movie. A bit different from the first one, but had a lot of good action sequences plus tension filled moments. I read they are planning for a third one which would be great. An "A" from me.

Aquaman, one of the best DC and comic book movies I've seen. From a visual standpoint, just some amazing sequences that had me on the edge of my seat. An "A+" from me.

Watched A Beautiful Boy on Amazon prime. I really had no intention of seeing this movie but there was no charge so . .

It was really good. I don't think I had a huge clue what a family goes through that has been dealing with addiction issues for YEARS. To see your beautiful and talented boy throw it all away . . . so painful. Helpless.

Aquaman

It wasn't a movie. It was a video game. And extraordinarily LOOOOOONG?

Bird Box & it was excellent. Before that I watched the Ritual & it was also very good. Both creepy as can be.

"Bird Box". The fact that Sandra Bullock has now morphed into Micheal Jackson I found both distracting and creepy. The show did initially carry my interest due to the performance of John Malkovich. His organic naturalness goes above and beyond making this story believable.

Sandara can play Michael in a MJ biopic.

Peppermint: 7/10. Could have been much better. The female version of Punisher. I wanted her to be a little bit more stone cold but her weakness wasn't cutting it for me.

Venom: 8/10. Enjoyable movie but not sure its a movie that I would buy and be a part of my collection.

"Black Panther" was another and I thought it was ok and not worthy of the heaps of praise it received. I feel that if it wasn't hyped for the "blackness" of it I think it would have been thrown into the bin with "green lantern" and a few other so so super hero movies.

And last night we watched "Crazy Rich Asians" which was also just ok.

I agree with you. Black Panther and Crazy Rich Asians were both overrated.
