Another 48 hours. Decent enough film. Although the dynamic between Nolte and Murphy isn't as strong as the first. Not quite a classic, but worth a watch.
Hmmmm, biggest thing about seeing Another 48 Hours for me? Is that Nancy Everhard had a part, if even smaller than Annette O'Toole, in it.
Just finished "The Spider's Web"......everything you would want in a movie without realism. Still, for something from the Bargain Bin, beggars can't be choosers. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0054333/?ref_=fn_tt_tt_12
Before that, over three nights, it was "The Red Siren" https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0254775/?ref_=fn_al_tt_1
It got recommended to me when I was looking up Siren and Andromeda type flicks. It's pretty good, nothing on the subject I was looking for. It's sort of like Ronin in that it's lots of impressionable firepower but like it was marketed toward me (H&K USP). It's fun.....but it is not a boy cave flick.
“Wolf” Mike Nichols directed Jack Nicholson and MIchelle Pfeiffer
Bought it on Amazon—never comes on cable or streaming service
Really enjoy the physical elements of Nicholson turning into a wolf
And James Spader was just so beautiful—as gorgeous as Brad Pitt—Pitt has held up better...
Saw that at the theatres. When, in the wardrobe scene, I commented "Hel-lo!", my date commented, "Wow, you are quick!".
Anyhow, it is in the library and I watch it ever so often. What's motivating about it? So many things such as unlimited power, scotch late in the evening, uninviting touchings, "if I knew you were this ruthless, I would have never fired you" (in short, AUDACITY),...... and...."at speeds that rival the fastest jets".

Saw “Long Shot” yesterday
Thought it was funny
Enjoyed it more than “Endgame” — at least I would watch it again
Both very unrealistic but Rogan and Theron had good rapport
That beard was really unappetizing through...
The woman playing her communications aide was so familiar—
Looked at her filmography and don’t really remember seeing her before...
Watched a documentary on NetFLix about Thalia Massey rape trial and subsequent murder of one of the Hawaiians she accused...
Not sure of title—
Interesting
Same story was done different times
Blood and Orchids is one book about it
I didn't finish it yet, but the one about Ted Bundy from the viewpoint of his girlfriend on Netflix. It's creepy to watch them meeting and not too long before he is tucking in her kids, being a viewer knowing what he is.
The dog at the pound when she wants to pick one out barking at him and then whining and afraid - she should listen to the dog!
I had no idea Donald Sutherland was still acting until I saw this movie! His acting career has to be over 50 years now. IMO he acted his part well and Vincent Kartheizer did, too.

Under the Silver Lake (2018), David Robert Mitchell - 9/10.
That's three in a row for me from David Robert Mitchell - The Myth of the American Sleepover (2010), It Follows (2014), and this one. He's now officially on my list of directors who have already sold a ticket for their next film. Streamed this on amazon.
