Possibly if you are a Twilight fan you will like it.
I was hoping this movie would hurry out of theater, I wanted to see it, but, from all I've heard, it sounds like a bit of a dud. I much rather see it on DVD, but, to my dismay, I recently received a text from one of my, much younger, friends, who wants to get together to go see BD. I promised her we'd go, so I will go as promised. BUT! Pleasssssssseeeee let it leave the theater by end of next week, I think she won't make it out my way till then. I do enjoy the franchise, but I like to have remote in hand to forward through the annoying scenes.

Saw The Sitter starring Jonah Hill on Monday. It was actually a pretty good comedy.

Saw War Horse. Easy to follow story. Unsophisticated. Entertaining. Didn't know the movie industry could make a movie without vulgarity, profanity, nudity but it did in this movie. Glad to see the war scenes not gory as well. The movie reminded me of movies made in the 1950s - feel good type. Don't look for a lot of symbolism, suspense, or character development in this one. Shouldn't be considered in the Best Picture category in my opinion.

I actually liked it a lot -- it's my favorite of the 4 movies so far -- but I think that whether you like the movie or consider it a dud depends a lot on what appeals to you the most in the series.

What appealed to me in the movie was the appearances of the red headed girl, loved those action shots. It's the little things like how everyone goes bazaaro when Bella gets a cut and eyes start bulging, tongues start wagging, game on, same with how those boys can't control their tempers and the wolf comes out, again game on. I of course love the scenery. For me, not so great, most of the dialog. With remote in hand, I can turn off the volume, in the theater I can't fast forward through any of it. Over all, I most like the movie for the action and astetic visuals, the story though I enjoy that too is more of the backdrop.

I'll probably end up adoring this movie, but more so if I watch it on dvd.

watched "Super 8" last night, not what I expected. I thought it was a movie about a motel chain trying to be just a little bit better than a "6" motel. I didn't see one motel or anybody" leaving a light on for ya" in the whole movie. What's up with that?

Midnight In Paris......enjoyable movie but probably not everyone will like it. Typical Woody Allen type movie where main character goes back in time to meet famous artists, writers from the 1920s.
