I'm suppose to pick this one up from the library where they have it on hold for me. I'll probably watch it sometime this coming weekend.

Hiya TRosa...

To be fair, this evening the SO told me he liked it, but agreed that the 2 characters who played the less than savvy dolts were the best part of the movie. I hope you like it. Love to hear your feedback.

Man of Steel. Superman was super buff. There was a hilarious peanut gallery in the theater. Her comments had the whole theater dying of laughter.

One moment when Superman rescues Lois and says "are you ok?" She said "heck no, I just came crashing down from outer space." :P

The Funhouse-Horror film from 1981 by Tobe Hooper, Who directed the original Texas Chainsaw. Set in the namesake funhouse, Two couples are stalked by a deformed killer (wearing an awful cheap mask that is supposed to be it's face.) Pure cheese.

I wanted to like this movie, but... I give it 2* out of 5.
I agree with you there, I wanted to like that movie but it was bad in a weird way, 2.5 stars tops!
The only thing I didn't like about your review was the "we" part. Every time you said "we" it was killing me softly. I cannot wait till you start saying "I" or am I being selfish?

I watched 2 movies just recently. As usual, my choice for Drama was a French flick called Seraphine. Somewhat slow but still very engaging for me. The main character was a hoot. Beautiful scenery and solid acting by entire cast. I really enjoyed it!

Second was a bit of a pop-corn flick, a silly zombie flick called Warm Bodies. I did enjoy this one too. I start watching it with no expectations and it was a lot of fun. A light comedy thriller with heart.

Warm Bodies was better than I thought it would be. Cute but sweet.
