Ordinary People (1980) on the Sundance channel. Beautiful, devastating movie.

Dallas Buyer's Club.. good movie, but it was described to me by people as a 'comedy' when I did not find it as such.

Non-Stop. I like Liam Neeson but this was just ok. Nothing spectacular and more deserving of a rental than a trip to the theater.

Gravity - overall I like Sandra Bullock, but I'm convinced she was nominated because the voters got off on watching her because float around the screen in a little tank top, tight little shorts and moan-scream like a porno star when she was supposed to be afraid.

The Purge - seriously WTF?

Hummingbird - never seen such a boring and awful movie with Jason Statham!

World War Z - quite good. I read the book at the beginning of the year. The movie was completely different but it was okay.
