The Martian....TOOOOO loooong....tedious.....but did the best they could
with THAT BOOK! Great acting, tho. They tried.

Book tedious.....impossible to imagine made Best seller list! My God.

99 Homes--interesting...Michael Shannon always excellent and always edgy...
Andrew Garfield, good as well and great American accent...
thought the script was the weak aspect--wrote themselves into a hole and took cheap way out
wasted too much time on the first half of movie

PS---thought The Martian suffered from too many big name stars in parts that were really asking for little-known actors...Sean Bean, Kristin Wiig, Jeff Daniels---either wasted or did not justice to a poorly developed character
the script was weak because it was slave to the novel which was first-time effort and pretty superficial...
Matt Damon was very good as was Michael Pena and Jessica Chastain--but Kate Mara landed a part that was doomed to mediocrity because of the writing...
Donald Glover was memorable but the others ....meh...
