Most of my favorites have been mentioned. My most favorite is Better off Dead. I liked it even before it was cool to quote the newspaper boy. Classic.

I had a crush on the slimeball..can't remember his name but he had GREAT HAIR and wore super COOL clothes.

Some 80s movies I miss that need to be put on dvd RIGHT NOW:

The Wild Life (a younger Eric Stoltz and Lea Thompson)

Electric Dreams (remember the computer taking over this guys life and coming after him like Pac-Man lol)

I oughta be in pictures (I loved the Neil Simon movies)

The Incredible Shrinking Woman (Vintage Lily Tomlin- hilarious)

P.S. This was one of the reasons I fought the morphing from VHS to DVD tooth and nail. EVERYTHING isn't available on DVD. Only the most popular **** TPTB think everyone is clamouring for. You can forget the more obscure movies/tv etc.

The Legend of Billie Jean. That movie is at the top of my list of favorite '80s flicks that NEEDS a DVD release.
