The Nutty Professor (Eddie Murphy) if I wasn't alone I would have left the theater. Actually, if I was alone I wouldn't have been to the movies to see that either.

I don't get Monty Python, but I do love Benny Hill!

Honestly, what's so funny about Chevy Chase?

Didn't see this one one here but I just can't stand the Austin Powers movies. I find them completely too full stupid and forced humor. Hubby loves 'em, so I just go and read posts on the CD forums when he has them on

The first AP was really good and then they got progressively worse

I don't get Christopher Guest movies. Best in Show and For Your Consideration were terrible. I didn't bother with A Mighty Wind.

I agree, really dislike Will Ferrel and Vince Vaughn...they are not funny to me, but very pathetic....

I agree with you on this one, Va-Cat. I went to the theater to see the second one (watched the first on video, yuck!) because I got free tickets, and I literally fell asleep in my chair. I do not see the appeal of Austin Powers.

Dumb and Dumber...... I didn't get into that humor, but the crowds in the theater went wild for it!

Very sad you didn't get into that humor. I did. Dumb and Dumber is one of my faves. I almost died laughing watching it. Jim Carrey and Jeff Daniels were tremendous.
