Sean Connery, the only one who had a true twinkle in his eyes and did not take himself seriously. James Bond is such a ludicrous character /series IMO anyway that a bit more self deprecation is extremely desirable ...

I always found Roger Moore kinda of creepy in a smarmy sort of way, Pierce Brosnan was too slick and pretty-boyish and Daniel Craig though a fantastic actor always seems to play it too straight to me anyway.

I always thought of Sean Connery as Bond, until Daniel Craig came along. Daniel brought a more human side to the character - something completely lacking in previous portrayals.

Roger Moore because he was the first one I saw in the role. But Connery has grown on me.

I thought I was going to really like Brosnan, but Meh, not so much. Never took to Dalton. Still getting used to Craig - only saw Casino Royale, have'nt rented the latest yet.

I liked Brosnan the best. Maybe it was just the movies but something about them excited me, even The World is not Enough, which was the weakest.

Oh yeah! Sophie is always hot, but it seemed like she was blazing hot in that film.

With that being said, I'd say overall Sean Connery is my favorite James Bond.

"Look. It is the four pillars of the male heterosexual psyche. We like: naked women, stockings, lesbians, and Sean Connery best as James Bond, because that is what being a boy is. And if you don't like it, darling, then join a film collective!" ~BBC's Coupling, "Inferno," original airdate 2 June 2000, written by Steven Moffat, spoken by the character Steve
