Jon Voight. Young or old. From Midnight Cowboy to Four Christmases, there's something about him I just can't stand.

Male: another vote for Jim Carrey!

Female: Renee Zellweger. I want to like her. She's soooo .....earnest? And I liked the "Bridget Jones" story. I really want to get through "Miss Potter" (because I adore Peter Rabbit) but I am having a hard time. It's still in the DVD player. I just want to pry her lips open and take the lemon out and replace with with a sugar cube. Or something.

He does, does he? Well, in that case, I hope you look a lot more like Zeta-Jones than like Zellweger.

I certainly like to think so...but in actuality, people say I look like Mandy Moore than anyone else.

It's just that he is an actor that people love to hate on.
Maybe it's the Scientology, and those shiny white teeth.

She is beautiful, and the camera loves her, but I am not big on Catherine Zeta-Jones. She just bugs me, comes off as smug.
The smoking while pregnant photos didn't help.

Jim Carey, when he's making grotesque faces..I like him in real life.
Nobody's mentioned Diane Keaton. To me she has annoying speech mannerisms. So does Nicholas Cage.

okay, please allow me to put a new spin on this thread - maybe - i did not read every page, so maybe someone already brought this up.

now, its one thing to say "i cant stand Julia Roberts and Drew Barrymore." But that's really just saying, "i dont like romantic comedies or chick flicks" which i dont, in general. but, then, i can just avoid those movies and therefore avoid those actors alltogether. i allready know that i will never watch Ghosts of Girlfriends Past or "The Handsome Charming Guy Who Was Able to Show the Uptight Attractive Too Busy With Her Carreer 30-Something Woman How He Could Fix All Of Her Problems With His Penis" AKA just about every chick flick ever made.

So, i would like to submit that there are a few actors who rather than just make horrible movies that dont interest me - will play small roles in movies that i like, and effectively ruin good films:

Lucy Liu ruins Payback and Play it to the Bone.

David Arquette ruins Ravenous and 3000 Miles to Graceland

these are just two examples of actors that belong in sketch comedy, not in films. these two probably ruin every movie that they're in because they are just the same characature in evey film.
