I don't know the exact song, but it sure sounds like George Winston the pianist. This isn't the song you are looking for, but you can hear the similiarity and maybe find it in his stuff.
Believe it or not, it sounds like a popular R&B/Hip-hop/Rap song I've heard on the radio. I can't put my finger on it. (Maybe it's Eminim?)
Someone took that song melody and put it to piano. Kind of in the George Winston style, but very amateurish.
