Even though I've seen them before, I would drop everything to see a Kinks reunion in any configuration as long as it included both Ray and Dave.
I've seen a handful of great shows by 'name' bands but even more turkeys that didn't justify the high price of a ticket. These days I'd rather invest a smaller amount in a relatively unheralded band. But I'd probably pay dearly for the chance to see Gilmour do Comfortably Numb, even if it were just that one song.

That'd be great. I actually missed Ray Davies earlier this year when he played in Portland--I was quite disapointed that I didn't know about that earlier.
One of my favorite bands, but one that I really discovered much of their albums pretty recently. I never heard Village Green Preservation Society or Arthur or Lola vs. Powerman in full until a few years ago. Growing up it was just the really famous hits that I'd heard. They were a really underrated band if you look at them compared to some of their other British contemporaries of that period.
