There's a bunch...a list of 100 can't even get 30%.

I can't believe he missed these.

Meet Eric Clapton.......Jeff Beck

The Yardbirds - For Your Love - 1965 - YouTube

The YardBirds - Heart Full Of Soul - YouTube

This is where guitar took a violent turn....broke from the 50's style/sound.

Rock music would NOT be the same without it.....

I hate to say this because I love them too, but George Harrison and Keith Richards were not Eric Clapton or Jeff Beck.........not even Chuck Berry or Buddy Holly were/are.

With that said, it puts how GREAT SRV was/is into a more clear prospective. Jeff is no slouch, not even close. Look at his face here, he's frozen....locked up.

Damn, that Stevie could play that ****ing thing!!!!

One more, then I'll leave you guys be.

I'm also supprized the band who was very unique and different from the rest didn't make the list either. Even more so, that their bass player is the one to discover Jimi Hendrix. No animals, no Jimi Hendrix. He would still be playing "chained" and "restricted" parts for Little Richard. No Eric Clapton and Jeff Beck, no Hendrix either. They were the first two people Jimi wanted to MEET....like right damn NOW! lol

BTW...America meet Jimi Hendrix.

Introduced by Brian Jones of The Rolling Stones.

That stage would be the place of his historical performance in which he smashed and burned the custom Fender Stratocaster given to him.

Things would NEVER be the same again...right Eddie ?
