Sound and video is awesome for recent concerts - watched Billy Joel, The Eagles, few others and Paul McCartney and Wings "Rockshow" The Who at Killian - don't think I'll go to another live concert again - buying these for $10-15 instead of the $100+ to see a decent concert live, fighting people, drunks, etc etc at the concert.

Love the new technology - and you can watch them over and over- great 5.1 sound.

Anyone have any decent Blu Ray concerts?

I picked up the ZZ Top Blu Ray but haven't watched it yet - saw them in concert here in Tampa a yr or two ago and it stunk - because it was inside the dome stadium where sounds reverberate the stage is quite a distance away from the stands - I look forward to watching the Blu Ray - I'm sure it'll be 100x better than the concert I went to. Amazon.com has been my source: Led Zepplin, Sting, The Who, several others.

The last time I saw them live was a few years ago. They were in a small venue auditorium intended for plays. I saw Nuge there too. Loud as hell and I sat not more than 20 feet from the stage.

That's my only Blu Ray DVD. All the rest are VHS and regular DVD.
