I've never listened to her much (on purpose, anyway). From what I have heard, it's just not really my type of music. I hear she puts on a spectacular show, though.
She is not nearly as talented as she thinks she is. That "Who Runs the World, Girls" song was written by SIX PEOPLE, Beyonce not among them!!!
The lyrics are so basic, she could not write them herself, but also she had to have SIX people do it?!
Just like when when she was with the original Destinyd Child that had Letoya, Latavia, Kelly and Beyonce Letoya and Latavia wrote half of the songs for the first album "Destinys Child" and "The Writings On The Wall"
In order to get sick of something, I'd have to consume enough of it to get there. And I don't know a Beyonce song (though if I heard one, I might recognize it - a person inevitably picks up some popular culture). Ditto Adam Sandler movies - since I've never bothered to see one, I'm not sick of them. I'm not bored with visiting Houston because I never have. I'm not fed up with Dancing With The Stars because I don't watch it.
Seriously, who consumes media to the point of being sick of it? It's optional. At least, in my world it is - no one's forced me to listen to Beyonce at gunpoint yet.
I don't listen to radio as much as I used to. For the most part, I just listen to the gospel they play before 6am & Sundays and I listen to the Tom Joyner Morning Show.
So I don't hear her much, if at all. I will admit that I liked her song "Love On Top" though.
