8th of November - Big & Rich.

I guess the first time I heard this song was when my Cousin Bobby from Wyoming sang it for the Vets in Walsenburg, Colorado the year before last on Veterans Day at the hospital on the west side of town. We've been going every year since my cousins from Arizona moved up and work there. They put on a little music show every year for the guys.

Almost choked me up when I heard it then and between watching this and watching John Elway SuperBowl XXXII highlights, not much can get to the Dawg!

Having a little java this morning to "The Lady of Chalott". It's by Loreena McKennitt from her 1991 release "The Visit". The entire CD is terrific; does a great version of "Greensleeves".
