I think here new hits "Love Story" and "CHange" (this is barack's theme, if he was in touch with the real America he would choose this song which was also used in the Olympics) are not as country as the first album. Even the music video for Love Story is not very country at all. I hope Taylor stays true to her roots, that why I loved her!!!

I'm now listening to more of Taylor's second CD with songs like Change, Love Story which sound much less country than "Our Song" or "Picture to Burn". I really like the songs Fearless and "You Belong With Me" but I'm not sure if they are legimitately country songs. There's no question that Taylor's first album is totally country except maybe "Girl in the World".
I will always love Taylor and she's my favorite musical artist of all time regardless (musicians of her songwriting ability and talent are rare...she writes or cowrites most of her songs and its honest lyrics that real, ordinary people can connect to) but I'm still curious to how her music can be classified.
Taylor Swift was never country to begin with. If you want to hear real country listen to Neko Case or Lucinda Williams.
I wouldn't call Neko Case "real country", she's more alt country or folk. Taylor Swift in my opinion is what seems to be acceptable as country today, I mean she sounds just like a zillion other interchangable young pretty country singers. You hear one you've heard them all.
Taylor Swift is for little kids, she's pop, she's annoying and i'm sick of seeing her all over the place. Can she go away?
Please, just send her away!
