Remember the 1st (and only?) file sharing suit that went to trial a few years back? Unfortunately for the defendant, that verdict was thrown out. Maybe she should have taken the out-of-court offer in the 1st place.

Her cost per song (for the 24 songs) went from $9,250 to $80,000 per song.
