Traveling at a magic speed an open air Colosseum appears below us.
With this magic journey we are on we arrive to see a concert from the past~~ A free concert for all in the area who want to attend.
Perfect seating to hear the music, see Elton John and gaze at the beauty and imagine how many people have heard music they enjoyed in this setting.
Elton John singing "Candle in the Wind," at the Roman Coliseum (or Colosseum) considered in some lists to also be one of the Seven Wonders of the World.
Taking a break, after a short flight, and looking for the right refreshments to help us on our journey, we find ourselves in a great hall with many books and writings. Surely this hall of higher learning is on a list of its own somewhere.
"Look, Rare, " I whisper.
"Did you know there were so many lists of 'Seven Wonders'? I didn't." There are lists of Man-Made Seven Wonders; Ancient, Medieval, Modern Seven Wonders; Seven Wonders of Canada; Seven Wonders of the Ukraine and even one from a USA Today Poll among others. All are lists of 7-10 of the Greatest Wonders of different categories."
I didn't think this would be Rocket Science to find music about the Seven Wonders.... Now it seems like it is.
~ In comfort we walk humming some of the melodies we've heard until we reach another concert. Taking a break from thinking about the "Seven Wonders." Oh, what a very different type of concert this is~~~
I said Rocket Science and here we are at listening to "Rocket Man" live by Elton John at Wembly Stadium....
Grinning like two kids we get caught up in the beat of the refrain and start to gently sway back and forth with others. Does Elton have the answer for us?
