There's an old movie with Dick Van Dyke called Cold Turkey. At the end of the movie, they have this band dressed up in marching band costumes playing a number of tunes. One reminds me of the circus or patriotic hometown celebrations. I feel it is a Sousa march, but it isn't Stars and Stripes Forever. I also tried looking it up, and they mentioned Hail to the Chief--and that isn't clicking either for what this song is.
Another song from "Grey's Anatomy" this time "Keep Breathing" by Ingrid Michaelson. (To make it more TVish this is the scene it was part of so parts of the song are indistinct. Probably the last scene of the show I got into, I quit soon afterward)
Stormy Weather, which was first in a movie named "Stormy Weather" after it. The song I think slightly predates the movie though and has probably been in other films.
