Kristopher Neil "Kris" Allen (born June 21, 1985) is an American singer-songwriter from Conway, Arkansas, and the winner of the eighth season of American Idol.Prior to Idol, he self-released a 2007 album entitled Brand New Shoes.

I love the album brand new shoes he has a message in each of his songs.
I hope he doesnt give into promoters who want him in pretty much a light show stadium. I think Kris would be more enjoyable to see in a theatre just him a guitar and piano.

I think all future albums will be good and he would be first artist I collect so 20 years I should have a ton of his CD's
