There are beaches that allow it in certain areas. There was a beach in Dunedin/Clearwater/Tarpon Springs that allowed dogs in the long beach next to the drive to the regular beach - but I didn't have a dog then. I'll DM you some info.

I had to make sure I bring her home so she wouldn't git homesick for her
Mom.. : Smilin at 2Goldens!: she's an AWESOME dog! I could do all kinds
of stuff & didn't git tore down until late & felt like I was gittin sick so
brought her back home!

Just my emotions gittin balanced.. I'm glad Ginger was around!

When I git grown I'm gonna have a bunch of dogs & make sure I don't
