Guess what Ginger! I was dreamin we were together with me drivin a

well I was dreamin but that happened in the fake real world.. this is the
virtual real world of "bein"!!!

Thank you, folks, for the kind words. I leave town midmorning today, and I will be on the road for the next seven days while seeing sights and tasting some great food.

For those of you who like my Country Gold, you can always go back over the things I posted in the last week or two in case you get bored. There's nothing wrong with going back and listening to people's things over and over again, not just my stuff, but others' as well, especially you have a selection that has become a big favorite. There's no shortage of songs that have been placed by different artists. I've had quite a few this week in the "w/feeling" thread.

Also, in the "Classic Country" thread, I'm going to include three songs written by legendary country songwriter Hank Cochran, who just passed away at age 74. So, I hope you'll enjoy that.

If I can get on a computer out in Lubbock (yes, my hotel will have one), I'll say hello from out there!

Wow! I'm enjoying these Golden videos. The shot of the Golden on the couch looks just like Ginger - same expression.

Ginger would LOVE the motorcycle side car as she enjoys watching life. She knows when I going in the car (not to work - no uniform ) and will block the door, then I must take her with me in the car to the store. She enjoys car rides and go bye-bye.

The only thing that bothers her is getting inside the car backseat. She seems uncomfortable about jumping in the car but once inside she is fine. I still pick her up (yup, she is heavy) and help her into the car. I have put cookies on the seat thinking she will jump in after the cookie, nope don't work. Any ideas?

Great dream Jim! I think I have a long bright red scarf she can wear for the occasion.

2goldens..is Ginger allowed on the furniture at home? Maybe she thinks of the car seat as a sofa, and is not supposed to jump on it? Is the car seat leather or vinyl...maybe she doesn't like the sound or feel when she jumps on it?

Just throwing some things out there...before you throw your back out!
